First, a competitor and pricing analysis to support the recent acquisition: mapping 200+ potential competitor locations, defining a model customer persona to guide outreach, and contacting each location directly to gather primary data behind a final pricing recommendation. Second, a structured acquisition guide for the next deal: a weighted target matrix scoring firms on financial health, operational history, and geography, paired with a tracker linking each target to contacts, estimated valuations, and a formal outreach campaign. The engagement closed with a strategy memo synthesizing methodology, prioritized recommendations, and a high-level view of the market landscape.
