Our team developed a targeted go-to-market and investment strategy for Fly Parrots' product, Polly, focused on the Alzheimer's care market. We created a three-phase roadmap: 1) pilot programs with clinical validation, 2) institutional adoption, and 3) partnerships scaling. We then conducted outreach to Alzheimer's clinics to test market entry. In parallel, we built an investor strategy by identifying high-fit Alzheimer's and healthtech investors, mapping them across growth stages, and creating outreach materials (LinkedIn messaging and one-pagers) to initiate fundraising conversations.
