Divine Design Center
— Overview
Divine Design Center is a premier full-service interior design studio and luxury lifestyle showroom in Boston's North End. At 8,000 square feet, it is the largest luxury design showroom in New England. The firm was spending heavily on digital advertising but seeing little return: its campaigns drove minimal traffic to the website and generated few leads. Our team was engaged to find out why, and to fix it.
We audited the firm's ad spend and Google Analytics, ran landing-page testing to find where prospective clients dropped off, and benchmarked Divine Design's spend against competitors. The analysis surfaced the core problem: the firm was outspending its competitors on advertising while getting less back. We paired this with market and demographic research, profiling the ideal client as a high-net-worth homeowner aged 45 to 55 who spends $50,000 to $250,000 per project, and a comparative analysis of ad formats and platforms.
Divine Design asked for the data behind a smarter advertising decision, and that is what we delivered: a clear, evidence-backed recommendation to reallocate spend toward the channels, formats, and audiences most likely to reach high-net-worth homeowners, with an implementation plan to turn ad clicks into website visits and consultation requests.
