Lizzie's Bakery is a woman-owned home bakery in Boston, known for custom cakes, desserts, and a monthly subscription service. As the business looked to scale, the strategic question was whether it could move beyond one-off custom orders into a recurring revenue stream: a corporate-gifting line built around a hand-delivered "Home-Baked Birthday Box" of seasonal cake slices, sold to companies to celebrate their employees.
